Terms and Conditions of Service

1. General

By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. They are in place to protect both the client and the clinic and to ensure all treatments are carried out safely and professionally.

2. Appointments and Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you, and late arrival may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling (this may be updated by the clinic). Failure to give adequate notice or attend an appointment may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

4. Age Restriction

All clients must be 18 years of age or over. Valid photo ID may be requested at the consultation or appointment. We do not provide treatments to anyone under the age of 18.

5. Consultations and Informed Consent

A consultation is required before any treatment. Clients must provide accurate and complete medical history and disclose any relevant conditions or medications. Informed consent must be obtained before treatment, confirming understanding of the procedure, risks, expected outcomes and aftercare.

6. Medical Injectables

Medical injectable treatments are only provided following an appropriate consultation and suitability assessment. Some injectable treatments may require a prescription from a qualified medical professional. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. The clinic reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

7. Treatment Suitability and Results

All treatments are tailored to the individual. Results vary and multiple sessions may be required. No guarantees can be made regarding outcomes.

8. Medical Advice

All treatments provided are aesthetic and not a substitute for medical care. We do not diagnose medical conditions. Any concerns regarding skin lesions, moles or medical conditions may require referral to a GP or specialist.

9. Aftercare and Client Responsibility

Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided. Failure to do so may affect results and increase the risk of complications. The clinic is not responsible for adverse outcomes caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.

10. Payments and Fees

Full payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change. Refunds are not given for treatments that have been completed.

11. Visual Media

Photographs or videos will be taken for treatment records and insurance purposes. These are also used for progress tracking. Written consent will always be obtained before any images are used for marketing or promotional purposes.

12. Data Protection and Confidentiality

All client information is stored securely and handled in accordance with data protection regulations. Client information will not be shared without consent unless legally required.

13. Complaints

Any concerns or complaints should be raised directly with the clinic as soon as possible so they can be addressed appropriately.

14. Amendments

The clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most up-to-date version will be available on our website.
